Well, I’ve only done half of this. If I was born here, probably, I would have done most on this list tripping along the back country roads with a bumper sticker “Get those rocks off my road!”
I would love to see that bumper sticker! Your images are wonderful but the sunflowers are my favorite. I’m an American from Georgia and have driven on a few of those rocky, gravel roads going to and from Alaska. We drove the Alaska Highway in BC on the way to Alaska and the Cassier on our way home with a few side trips off the highways along the way. Thanks for taking part in the back country roads challenge!
I wish we kept that sticker. The four-wheel drive is now gone but the memories live on. Alaska Highway is so beautiful. Way to go for passing through.
I can’t decide if I should Hurl myself or Bare it all first. Either way, you will be Gobsmacked. Check that one off your list, Perpetua. 😆😬
Ha! Only you noticed the word, Lois. I cannot bare to see nudist nor people screaming coming harikari.
Your home is in such a beautiful place Perpetua, you could find adventure every day and never run out of new places! We’ve visited but barely touched the surface. I hear you’re having unseasonably hot weather this summer tho, hope no fires like the US west. Great idea for the post
Thank you, Tina. Just in my area, we have two preserved areas in walking distance. Who would know I live in the city? Currently, BC has over 1250 wild fires. The air is so smokey.
