The sea, land, sky, and air are in constant perfect harmony. A glorious day walking along the Spanish Banks of Vancouver. It feels that winter is over then but not yet.
A group of us walking together as one called Slow Bear Walkers with a common goal of walking in unison sharing our thoughts and mind for the love of walking. We are strangers to each other, but it does not matter. How great can that be?
Living in harmony, one must live in peace, a peace that starts from within. Do we really need to be with another human being?
When we sing a song, our voices must be in perfect harmony to produces the best melody. There are two songs I found out that contains “in perfect harmony.” The first one was made popular by the Coke – The Real Thing.
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves
I’d like to teach the world to sing
In perfect harmony
I’d like to hold it in my arms
And keep it company
I do, I do, I do …. want to provide a perfect photograph that will capture perfection in harmony. Outside the library, here is a person in the company of the natural elements reading.
However, at the time I was in doing this assignment, my thoughts are far from being peaceful until I noticed a person wearing a beautiful outfit and I just have to tell how stunning her dress is. Only then, I had a moment of harmony from within.
Imagine that this is the world you live in. You, the red, amongst the purple. Now, let’s pretend that the purple is white, red is black; or maybe the purple is black, red is white? Which one would be in harmony? I would like to imagine that we are all living as one, in peace, in perfect balance, the same as these plants coexist.
To be “in perfect harmony” I realized that the second song has more meaning for me:
Let there be peace on earth
And let it begin with me
Let There Be Peace on Earth
The peace that was meant to be
With God as our Father
Brothers all are we
Let me walk with my brother
In perfect harmony.
Let peace begin with me
Let this be the moment now.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts of harmony. It starts from within, so true.
