Rest in peace little mouse
With our hunter cat we have no mouse in the house. But when my daughter discovered the last offering, she wanted to make a small coffin. She put a small kleenex as a bed, camellia’s petals, daisies, leaves, glitters, a candle and a piece of cookie! by: Karine PURET.
Karine’s photo is one of twelve favorite photos chosen by National Geographic editors on Daily Dozen published on March 16, 2015.
Editor’s Note: Karine, What a beautiful moment you captured. I think what elevates this image is your technique and execution of the image; there are no distractions and the way you shot it shows me exactly what to focus on.Thank you for the caption too, having the story made me choose it for Daily Dozen.
Neat … ME
How precious this is. Only a child would do such a thing. I wish we were more like children.
We just have to bring the child in us out. It’s still there.
If we did, the world would be friendlier and gentler.
so lovely and precious
