Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

“The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries or the way she combs her hair.”

Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn

I chopped my hair before I left for India. Short, very short. From long to short. Quite an extreme.

Nope, this is not me. But someone just addressed me Audrey Hepburn.  Flattery will take you nowhere.

Note to self: must dye hair, maybe.

  1. Audrey is my friend’s idol, so to speak; she is beautiful. I think you and I think alike though, nothing you do to hair lasts forever. Eventually it will return “just the way we like it.” The only difference now than when I was younger is the white coming out! I don’t mind though. It’s life! 🙂

    • New mind, that IS Audrey Hepburn…. there is another girl I blog with that looks so much like the photo above. I got more intent in responding to the message than WHO I am responding to. In order to fit everyone in, I also ‘scan’ what I read, and that too, makes me look like an idiot sometimes. Sorry.

  2. how does people react when you have to give up your old look. I am very scared if i have to give up my hair for interview in embassy.

    • Giving up my hair is a practice I do of non-attachment. And people become attach to my hair reacting from dismay to schock to admiration. It’s only hair, it will grow. Good luck with your hair.

Please share your reflection. Thank you.
