I received an e-mail from my sister that she’s done! And I am not!
Today is her first day of not having to go to work. RETIRED!
Am I jealous? Of course, I am. She’s only 60 and a day, I think.
Now, I have to look for this book to keep her busy, or maybe I’ll teach her how to knit, bake, do gardening, or better yet blog at WordPress.
Retirement: When you quit working just before your heart does. — Unknown wise person
Wishing your sister a wonderful retirement – now the fun REALLY begins! 😉
I will let her know. We will be celebrating it on the second weekend of February. Let’s see what her plans are.
Many good times ahead I’m sure – I look forward to reading about them 🙂
18 months and counting…
18 months will go by so fast. The next you knew it, you want to extend your work. 😛
Hmm I hope not! So much planned to do !
I hope not, too. Just joking.
I am part-time retired. I love it. I think I mind get really really lazy if I was full-time retired. I guess in a few years I will find out.
I suppose our mind do get lazy. We lose it if we don’t use it. I wish I can just work part-time. Lucky you.
Yes, I am blessed. Of course I had to work over forty years to get here.
Congratulations to her! 🙂
I will let her know. Thank you.
I’m part-time and there aren’t enough hours in the day… xoxo Happy weekend.
It appears to me that retired people are busier. Hello P from p.
I still have many years before I can even think of retiring – will have to continue working until the day I drop dead!!
